The open living space with high ceilings and stunning views creates a feeling of immersion in the natural environment.
The property is designed sustainably, with a focus on biophilic principles and permaculture gardens that contribute to the residents’ health.
The house is powered by solar energy and features a water treatment system that ensures pure drinking water in every room. The atrium’s copper wall deflects electromagnetic fields and represents love, symbolized by the planet Venus.
To reduce the need for air conditioning and minimize energy usage, bedrooms and offices feature a breezeway. The use of highly polished concrete and recycled antique teak flooring and ceiling not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but is also functional and sustainable.
The windows are crafted from neutral grey-colored aluminum, blending in with the environment. The design is intentionally understated, with no artificial colors or artwork, putting nature at center stage.

Despite supply chain challenges and human resource management issues during the pandemic, the project was completed in 20 months.
